#BeFast is a monthly program that provides a new custom meal plan, each month! We implement the 16:8 Intermittent Fasting Protocol along with periodic 24-hour fasts!

Every day, of every week, is coach-guided.

Our monthly program doesn't take a diet/starvation approach!

How #beFast Works:

STEP 1

Register for our #beFast Program and you'll recieve immediate access to our Facebook SUCCESS SUPPORT GROUP! Each month is $105 for your personal meal plan, recipe pack and monthly coaching. You are automatically enrolled in upcoming months until you cancel your subscription to this weight loss meal plan*.

STEP 2

Once inside our SUCCESS SUPPORT GROUP you will watch the welcome video from Head Coach, Martha VanCamp.

STEP 3

Receive your personal food plan 4 days before the start of our Round. Commit to the program for the month.

*BeFast is a recurring monthly program and you will be charged $105 for each month until you choose to cancel. If you wish to cancel you must do so prior to 12noon EST on the 24th of the month, otherwise you will be enrolled in the upcoming month. To cancel, please email: martha@befitsystems.com

Women's Plan/No health issues

*Hormone Health Plan should be used if you have been diagnosed with PCOS, Diabetic, Pre-Diabetic or are insulin resistent. Additionally, choose this plan if you are post-menopause, in menopause, peri-menopause, pregnant or breastfeeding.

**Egg-free plan. You will not be required to eat eggs however, there will be eggs in your recipes.
