HOW IT WORKS

#1 REGISTER. As you begin to register, you will be able to choose your MEAL PLAN based on your food allergies or medical concerns.

#2 JOIN OUR COMMUNITY. Upon completing registration, you will be re-directed to join our Support Community! Here, you will want to engage with other clients and the coaches, daily! This is very important for your success.

#3 WATCH our WELCOME VIDEO. As soon as you join our community, you will want to watch our short welcome video! This will set the tone for you 30-day journey with us.

#4 RECEIVE YOUR MEAL PLAN. 4 days prior to the start of our monthly round, you will receive, via email, your meal plan, recipes, and instructions! Print all your deliverables and bring your questions to the Support Page.

#5 TAKE YOUR STARTING PICTURES. It's vitally important that you take your starting pictures. We all know the scale can lie, but pictures do NOT.

What is included for $105/month

For your monthly registration fee you will recieve a NEW customized meal plan, new recipes, daily coaching, weekly LIVE Q/A sessions with Head Coach, Martha + video tutorials throughout the week to education you and ensure success!

How do I know it's for me?

This question is easy to answer. Have you been struggling to lose weight or keep it off? Have you been struggling to lose weight in your mid-section? Do you just want to feel better, have more energy and wear any clothes you wish? Then this program is FOR YOU!

MUST I implement the 16:8 IF protocol and do the 24-hour fasts?

Nope-you do not. However, it is highly recommended and we will be coaching the clients on the page, with you, this protocol. Don't worry, if you're on the fence, Head Coach Martha, will educate you on the reasons behind this science of eating.

How much do I have to participate?

It's totally up to you. But, there is a direct correlation to your level of participation on our support page and your success. The support page is a way to hold yourself accountable and learn. So remember, this program is much more than just US giving YOU a meal plan.  

When can I get started?

Right away! We officially start on the first Monday of every month and go to the very last day of the month. But as soon as you register, you will be re-directed into our SUPPORT Group on Facebook for early information.  

What will my food plan look like?

First of all, the actual meal plan is SO PRETTY! But we're guessing that's not what you're really asking! Your meal plan will be broken out by week and by meal. You will have several options for each meal and snack on your plan. We program your meal plan to have 5 meals a day. PLUS: you'll want to be drinking a gallon of water a day to really flush the fat cells!  

Can I register for multiple months at a time?

We love your enthusiasm. However, we only allow registration one month at a time. But as soon you begin your first month, registration is open for the next month if you're ready to save your seat!  

What if I want to cancel before the monthly program ends.

Once you register for that month's program there are no refunds. DO NOT BE SCARED--we will coach you every day. Don't give up on yourself. Commit to the 30 days and be amazed!
